NBA reinstates Draymond Green after 12 games.

The NBA dropped Draymond Green's 12-game ban. Green was indefinitely suspended for punching Phoenix Suns player Jusuf Nurkic in the face during the Warriors' December 119-116 loss.

This was the 33-year-old's third ejection this season. The NBA claimed Green "completed steps that demonstrated his commitment to conforming his conduct to standards expected of NBA players" .

Added: "He has engaged in meetings with a counsellor and has met jointly on multiple occasions with representatives of the NBA, the Warriors, and the National Basketball Players Association, both of which will continue throughout the season."

For his "repeated history of unsportsmanlike acts", the NBA gave Green an indefinite suspension, an unusual open-ended punishment. He received a five-game penalty for headlocking Minnesota Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert on November 14.

The forward was disqualified for two technical fouls against the Cleveland Cavaliers in November and banned in April for stamping on Sacramento Kings player Domantas Sabonis during the playoffs.

He was banned for game five of the 2016 NBA Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers for a low blow on LeBron James. The Milwaukee Bucks lost 112-108 to the Houston Rockets despite Giannis Antetokounmpo's 48 points and 17 rebounds.

The Rockets won with double-doubles from Alperen Sengun (21 points, 11 rebounds) and Jabari Smith Jr. (14 points, 12 rebounds).

The Boston Celtics defeated the Indiana Pacers 118-101 with Jayson Tatum scoring 38 points, 13 rebounds, six assists, and eight three-pointers.
